In Part 2 of his conversation with the Jennifer & Jason Pagel - Youth Ministers at the Harpeth Hills Church of Christ in Brentwood, TN - David asks Jennifer to talk about the challenges of being one of the very first female YM's in the CoC.  Jason joins in the conversation about how Churches of Christ who are hiring a female YM - and the male already on staff - can set her up for success.  And Jenn talks about what she's learned through her role as mentor for many of the women currently ministering in the fellowship.
