Merritt and her family joined Otter Creek in 2004, and she joined the staff in 2011. She provides vital support and structure to our Youth Ministries by coordinating, communicating and organizing the outreach efforts and activities of our youth ministers and interns. Merritt has three children - Ireland, Addyson, and Jake.
