The Wayne Reed Center focuses on early intervention for fifty at-risk preschool children from low-income families. Parents enroll children knowing they will be in a safe, loving environment while they themselves work, search for better jobs, or attend school. The Center is not a babysitting agency. Five days per week, year round, children ages one through four learn the academic and behavioral skills needed for success in public schools and life beyond. The Center also provides teacher training, parent workshops, and family nights. The abundant life Jesus promises is our mission: “bringing hope to the families we serve.”
