WRAP Around Ministry
WRAP Around stands for Words of Encouragement, Respite, Acts of Service, and Prayer and is a way to surround families at OC who foster with love and support as they seek to serve God by serving the least of these. Not everyone is called to foster, but the church is called to care for the most vulnerable in our communities, including foster children.
Each foster family has a WRAP Around team of 10-12 individuals who provide meals, encouragement, show up to kids' sports events, send birthday cards, provide resources when a new placement is made, help with laundry, and more. We also always need volunteers to help with childcare at our bi-monthly Foster Parent Nights Out for all AGAPE foster families. If any of these interest you or you want to know more, email
