POSITION OVERVIEW:
As Otter Creek pursues our mission to be a family growing to be like Jesus, we are seeking to hire a Connections Minister who will facilitate connecting adults more deeply with God, with one another, and into the life of our church. This full-time role will primarily focus on new member engagement, small groups, all-church events, hospitality, and pastoral care. They will collaborate closely with the Adult Ministry Team, including the Spiritual Formation Minister and Missional Engagement Minister. The ideal candidate will have experience in local church ministry, theological education, and a passion for helping people build meaningful relationships and grow in their faith.

Administrative Director

Executive Minister
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Otter Creek seeks to hire an Administrative Director to support church ministries and operations. The Administrative Director manages Otter Creek's office operations, human resources administration, financial administrative processes, and church database. Working collaboratively with staff, this position maintains accurate records, improves administrative systems, and ensures efficient, effective support for the church's ministries.
This position is a full-time, non-clergy, exempt role.
