Dawn and her husband, Brad, came to Otter Creek in 2005 with their two daughters, Audra and Carmen. Before joining the staff as a Children's Ministry Assistant in 2013, she volunteered in the Children’s Ministry in several roles. In 2017 she transitioned to Elementary Director, then into the role of Associate Children's Minister, and today is the Otter Creek Children's Minister.
