Thank you to everyone who participated in the recommendation phase of the shepherd selection process. We have now entered the consideration phase. Over the next four weeks, our current shepherds will identify candidates based on the church's recommendations. The selected individuals will then be invited to pray and discern whether they feel God is calling them to serve as a shepherd. Following this phase, the names of those who are willing to serve will be brought before the church for affirmation.
