On August 24th, the recommendation process for new shepherds will begin. OC’s shepherds are primarily responsible for pastoral care, theological direction, and leadership through vision casting.
The current OC Shepherds encourage you to prayerfully discern the names of those you wish to recommend, and to engage in meaningful conversations with your friends, small groups, and circles within the OC family. This is a communal process, and your voice matters.
