POSITION OVERVIEW:
OC is hiring a Missional Engagement Minister. Respecting Otter Creek's rich heritage in pursuing justice and mercy by reaching out to our community and beyond, the Missional Engagement Minister will engage and equip the OC membership in life and missional living. The primary role of this minister will be to serve as the liaison to local and global ministry partners, cultivating a cooperative relationship, as well as serving as the point person on staff for member and non-member benevolence. This minister works most collaboratively with the adult ministry team (Connections Minister and Spiritual Formation Minister).
