One of the pillars of being a family growing to be like Jesus is that we are called to be servants through ministry to one another and to those who don’t know Jesus. To help us in that endeavor, each area of OC's ministry has an individual Ministry Team led by the respective Minister. Ministers nominate Ministry Team participants from among the church and those participants are approved by Shepherds and affirmed by the church. In this way, Ministry Teams bring together ministers and church members to serve, guide, inform, and engage in the important work of Otter Creek’s ministries. The members of the Ministry Teams serve the church, as well as advocate for and speak into the work of our ministries.
