That can mean a lot of different things to different people. At a minimum it means two important things which shape everything we do as a community of faith:

We are a family. 

We are trying to be like Jesus. 

That's kind of it...You might have been expecting something more complex. It almost seems too simple. But from those two objectives springs an amazingly beautiful community of people who are working at loving each other and the world for the sake of the Kingdom of God. That's why we serve the poor. That's why we teach our children about scripture. That's why we share meals together. That's why we take care of each other when we need help in the midst of life's challenges. We aren't doing it perfectly, but we'd love to have you join us on this journey of becoming a family growing to be more like Jesus.
