I knew from an early age that I was called to serve with children. I began teaching a 3 year old class on Wednesday nights when I was 14 years old. Since that time, I can't remember not being involved in a children's Bible class. Stories and characters from the Bible have always intrigued me and taking Early Hebrew History with Leo Snow, at what was then David Lipscomb College, expanded my joy in studying the adventures of God's story. So, telling the stories that I treasure to children and helping them discover the character of God, His plan, and purpose for them is truly a blessing.

How awesome it is to be a part of the Otter Creek family that loves and supports children’s ministry so well! I can't help but get emotional every Birthday Sunday to sing, “May the Lord bless you” to each child that stands in front of the congregation. I am equally moved to watch these children during Children's Worship. My heart and eyes are filled each Sunday. On top of that, I get to share these experiences with Mr. Steve!
