This summer, the Otter Creek family will be identifying additional shepherds to join our current shepherds. Our shepherds are responsible for vision casting, pastoral care, decision making, and the theological direction of the church. Shepherds initially commit to a six-year term of service, and then have the opportunity to be reaffirmed by the church for additional service.
