The Otter Creek Children's ministry exists to partner with parents and supplement the family’s attempt to build a spiritual foundation that will, in God’s timing, lead their child to know, love, and follow Jesus Christ.

Otter Creek is a place where children are excited to learn about Jesus through fun, relevant communication… a place children eagerly anticipate coming to each week, a place children can find out how they fit into God’s story.

Otter Creek has a children’s ministry where, each week, dedicated volunteers come equipped with a passion to serve these children—a passion to reach, teach, and love them. We serve the children through the following oppoprtunities:

Bible Classes: We provide Bible classes for babies through 6th Graders on Sunday morning and Wednesday night. Our aim is to show God’s plan in the Bible for His people and how we fit into it. We utilize creative storytelling, games and crafts to help children understand, apply, and remember His word.

Nursery: We provide loving care and teaching during both morning worship services and during Wednesday night services for infants through 24 months.

Children’s Worship Time: We provide a special time of age appropriate worship for our children ages 2 years through 2nd grade. A team of worship leaders help children worship God in ways they can understand and connect to.

Fellowship Activities: Activities are held throughout the year to strengthen relationships among the children and their families. We want our children to feel safe in a fun environment designed to nurture friendships centered on Jesus Christ.
